The Platinum Double disc is our most sophisticated design and incorporates an internal dewar style baffle to reduce internal volume. This provides a smoother hit without the harsh side effect of too much smoke. This model utilizes a 50mm upper disc with the inlet through the downstem brace and a larger 65mm fritted disc fed by the natural perk. A majority of the gas passes through the main downstem and then is diffused by the 65mm disc with a minority portion of the gas passing through the hollow joint brace, being diffused by the encapsulated 50mm disc. Double disc action for the ultimate in gas diffusion and a large round foot for a rock solid stance.

We offer this piece with the 24mm male (inner) joint and the 24mm/19mm adapter with frit pre-filters OR a 19mm female (outer) ground joint and a 19mm bowl, eliminating the need for the adapter and fritted pre-filters. We are currently including stainless steel screens to be used with the female joint in order to eliminate the migration of particulate matter into the fritted disc. The screen and bowl can easily be removed for use with your concentrate attachment of choice.
